Before building sovereign digital architecture, I spent over 15 years as a deputy project manager, strategist, and operations lead across global consulting firms, corporate powerhouses, and public sector institutions. I earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's in International Business (BBA) from The University of Memphis, and numerous certifications, including PMP and LSSGB, and I serve as Founder & CEO of Steph Dot Media LLC and Mylestone Holding Group LLC.
I know how systems work from the inside out, and I understand how power moves, how bureaucracy extracts, and how organizations solve some problems while creating others. Most importantly, I know how high-achieving, abundance-driven women can reclaim their cognitive bandwidth and build sovereign systems outside the matrix. I'm a different kind of architect.
