Water Seeks Its Own Level. Are You Drowning in the Swamp or Moving to Higher Ground?

Hi there :). Thanks for joining me here. This is actually a repost from a blog I created back in May 2026. You can read the original one here. In the spirit of that post, I'll update it with an opening date and timestamp.
It's Sunday, August 30th, 2026, and the current time is 5:58 PM. However, that's not EST. It's the local time here in Bali, Indonesia. I’ve been here for a brief time period, which I'll share in a later blog. While the US sleeps (it's 6:00 AM EST there), I’m building my website, planning my next move, regulating my nervous system, and (still) thinking about the physics of the soul.
There’s an old saying that has been coming up for me lately: “Water seeks its own level.”
In physics, this is a law of equilibrium. No matter the shape of the vessel, water will find its way back to a balanced surface. It cannot be forced into a permanent state of imbalance without an external force holding it there.
Here is the “Sovereign Math” that’s often overlooked: The human body is approximately 60-70% water. If you are 70% water, then the laws of equilibrium don’t just apply to the glass on your nightstand, the rivers, seas, or the oceans. They apply to your life, your frequency, and your location. If water seeks its own level, have you asked yourself: What is mine?
The Dam and the Trifecta
In nature, water flows. It carves paths through stone; it feeds the soil; it moves with an ancient, everlasting intelligence.
But humans, specifically those operating within the Dark Trifecta of Patriarchy, Capitalism, and Religion, have spent centuries trying to “dam” the flow inherent in humanity. They’ve built systems that invert and pervert the natural order, creating artificial reservoirs of power that benefit the few while subjugating the many.
A dam is a monument to “Force.” It creates a temporary illusion of control, but it requires constant, exhausting maintenance to keep the water from doing what it naturally wants to do: move.
The aforementioned systems are the dams to human spirit. They tell us to settle for the stagnant pool of mediocrity, to ignore our intuition, and to accept institutional abuse as a way of life. But a dam is not a permanent fixture. It is a disruption waiting for a correction.
The Great Course Correction
There’s another well-known saying from the casino industry: “The house always wins.” But let’s not forget that the house is subject to Mother Nature. And Mother Nature always bets last.
We see this in the geography of the “Swamp.” The city of New Orleans is sinking. Miami and Manhattan are sinking. San Francisco is sliding. Washington, D.C. — where I lived for many years — and the literal swampland of bureaucracy — is occupied by creatures who have forgotten that you cannot build a permanent empire on stolen, indigenous land.
These cities were built with a profound disrespect for the environment. They were built in a manner that considered “Force” superior to “Flow.” And now, the bill is coming due. The water is reclaiming its level, and unfortunately, it is the “everyday people” who are often forced to absorb the consequences of the architects’ arrogance.
[Annotation: I would be remiss if I didn't hold a moment for the catastrophic glacial collapse and subsequent tragedy that recently befell Tibet and Nepal. Once again, the immense, uncontrollable power of nature, specifically water, has resulted in devastating consequences.]
The message from the Earth is clear: Move to higher ground or drown.
Finding Your Level
This isn’t just about rising sea levels. It’s about rising soul levels.
If you are 60-70% water, and you find yourself in an environment that is stagnant, toxic, or designed to keep you “submerged,” your biology will eventually rebel. Your “water” will try to seek its own level. This is why you feel that “irk” in your spirit when you sit in a corporate meeting that lacks soul. Or you reject and disengage from people who vex your spirit. It’s why you feel the urge to pivot, to exit, and to build your own sanctuary.
It’s why you feel called to leave the “swamp” of institutional and cultural mediocrity for the higher ground of sovereign autonomy.
The Question for the Sovereign Woman
The Dark Trifecta wants you to believe you are the vessel — fixed, rigid, and trapped by the shape they’ve given you.
Please don’t be bamboozled, beloved. You are the water. You are the Flow.
You have the power to flow over the dam, to carve a new path, or to evaporate and rain down somewhere entirely new. The equilibrium is coming. The great separation is underway. Nature is restoring her balance. The only question left is: Where will you be standing when the water finds its level?

Wishing you all the best and continued success.
